Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Central Asia Visit collects through centralasiavisit.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Central Asia Visit is a travel agency based at 5 Jylga Sai Str., 720001 Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. For any question about your data, write to centralasiavisits@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send a form (“Customise trip”, “Book this tour” or the contact form), we receive what you type in:

  • your name and email address;
  • your phone or WhatsApp number, if you give it;
  • trip details: preferred dates, number of people, country, duration and the tour you are asking about;
  • your message.

Technical data. To block automated spam, the website briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for one hour to limit how many requests can be sent from one connection. It is not linked to your enquiry and is deleted automatically. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

When you write to us directly by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send us there.

What we do not collect

  • We do not take payments on the website and never ask for card details here.
  • We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not show ads.
  • We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Why we use your information

We use it only to answer your request: to prepare a tour proposal and price, to arrange and run your trip if you decide to book, and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your request itself and, if you book, the contract with you.

Who else sees it

  • Our team in Bishkek, who plan and run your trip.
  • Trip partners — such as guides, drivers, hotels and yurt camps — receive only the details they need to provide your services (for example names and dates for a booking), and only once you book.
  • Service providers that run our tools: Hostinger (website hosting), Google (our email inbox) and WhatsApp/Meta (if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp). They process data on our behalf or under their own privacy terms.

Some of these providers are outside Kyrgyzstan, so your information may be processed in other countries.

Cookies and similar storage

The website sets no cookies for visitors. The WhatsApp chat button remembers in your browser’s local storage whether you have already seen its greeting, so it does not show it again; this never leaves your device. Website administrators who log in get the standard WordPress login cookies.

Share buttons and map links are plain links: nothing is loaded from Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Google until you click them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and trip correspondence for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, so we can help with follow-up questions or a return trip, and then delete them. If you book, we keep the records that accounting and tax rules require for as long as those rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you and send you a copy;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • stop contacting you.

Write to centralasiavisits@gmail.com from the email address you used. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Enquiries are stored in the website’s database, which only our administrators can access, and are emailed to our inbox. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.

Children

Our forms are meant for adults planning a trip. Children’s details (for example names for a family booking) are provided by their parents or guardians.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Your Custom Trip

Tell us what you have in mind and we will send you a tour proposal with a price. Free and without obligation.
